Kathiyawadi Farsan takes care in preparing and packing orders. Because many of our products are food items, returns and refunds are handled with attention to food safety and product condition.
1. Food Product Returns
For food safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns of opened food products or products that have been stored improperly after delivery.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Please contact us promptly if you receive:
- A damaged or leaking package.
- An incorrect product.
- A missing item.
- A product that appears spoiled, contaminated, or otherwise unsuitable for consumption.
Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible. We will review the issue and inform you of the available resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.
3. Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation may not be possible once an order has been prepared, dispatched, or handed to a delivery partner, particularly for freshly prepared or perishable products.
Any eligible refund will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing time may depend on the payment provider or bank.
If an alternative refund method is necessary, we will communicate the arrangement with you.
5. Non-Delivery
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, contact us with your order number. We will review the delivery status and advise you on the next steps.
